Yes. GoBig offers a free quotation for custom trophies, awards and presentation packaging. Design, samples, production, packaging and delivery costs are confirmed in your project proposal.
How quickly can I receive a quotation?
GoBig provides a quotation within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Share your occasion, quantity, design reference, material, packaging, destination and required arrival date with the studio. This is the quotation turnaround, not a production or delivery deadline.
Where are Malaysia projects manufactured?
GoBig operates as a design studio with its own factory in Malaysia. The chosen material, fabrication and presentation requirements are agreed for your project.
Can we discuss the project in Chinese or English?
