What goes into the price?

Enter the needed-in-hand date first. Ask the team to compare feasible options, including whether an existing design could reduce development work. Availability is confirmed for the specific project.
Can I order more pieces later?
Provide the earlier design reference and specification. Material availability, retained tooling, colour matching and the new delivery date need checking before a repeat order is confirmed.
What happens if something arrives damaged?
Keep the packaging and photograph the product and shipping box. The project agreement should set out reporting, assessment and replacement arrangements; ask the team to confirm these with the quote.

Logo, colour & personalisation
Share your logo, colours, award titles and recipient list. Artwork and names are approved before production. Images shown here are catalogue or customisation references; they do not document a delivered client project.
Quantity, pricing & lead time
Send the quantity, budget currency and needed-in-hand date. Design, size, material, sampling, packaging and delivery determine the quotation and schedule; these are confirmed for each project.
Presentation & protective packaging
A presentation box, fitted interior and brand finishing can be developed with the award. Structure, protection and artwork are confirmed separately.
Malaysia & Singapore delivery
